  • Cervical Pain Exercises & Posture Correction – Simple Daily Practices to Prevent Neck Pain in PCMC

Neck pain, stiffness, shoulder tightness, and headaches are no longer age-related problems.
They are lifestyle disorders affecting people who spend long hours on mobile phones, laptops, and desks.

    Patients often say:
    “Doctor, pain increases after work.”
“My neck feels tight every morning.”
“I don’t know if I’m sitting or sleeping correctly.”
The good news is — early posture correction and simple exercises can prevent worsening of cervical pain.

1️⃣ Why Exercises & Posture Matter in Cervical Pain
Cervical pain usually develops due to:
    • Weak neck muscles
    • Prolonged poor posture
    • Reduced blood circulation
    • Muscle spasm and stiffness
Ignoring posture allows cervical spondylosis to progress faster.
