The ideal age for HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccination is:
9 to 14 years: This is the most effective age group, ideally before sexual activity begins. Only 2 doses are needed if started in this age range (at 0 and 6–12 months).
15 to 26 years: Can still be vaccinated, but will require 3 doses (at 0, 1–2 months, and 6 months).
27 to 45 years: Vaccination may still be considered based on individual risk factors and after consulting with a doctor.
The vaccine is safe and highly effective in preventing cervical cancer and other HPV-related diseases.
